Hey Team, I'm having a problem trying to use the new repo sync feature with my RHEL 5 x86_64 EPEL channel. It seems to be unable to use the mirrorlist URL. Here's the command line I'm trying:
/usr/bin/spacewalk-repo-sync --channel rhel-x86_64-server-5-epel --url 'http://mirrors.fedoraproject.org/mirrorlist?repo=epel-5&arch=x86_64' --type yum --label epel I believe it has to do with the format of the URL... it can't handle the special characters... or can't negotiate the mirror redirection. If I use the standard baseurl, it works just fine.. ala: /usr/bin/spacewalk-repo-sync --channel rhel-x86_64-server-5-epel --url http://download.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/5/x86_64 --type yum --label epel Thoughts?
