Hello, on page https://fedorahosted.org/spacewalk/wiki/PostgreSQLFromOracle you will find steps needed to turn your Spacewalk on Oracle installation to the one using the PostgreSQL database.
The most important is obviously the dump of the data from Oracle and its import to the PostgreSQL database and there's nothing you couldn't figure out, but you still might want to walk through the whole document to see all the steps.
