The rhn_register was RHEL 2.1 thing. Then the functionality was
moved to up2date --register for RHEL 3 and 4. Then up2date was
removed in RHEL 5 and rhn_register was reintroduced.

No objection removing any mentions of up2date from Spacewalk
client code.
