Dear all,
I've have a few issues registering Fedora 9 clients with a Spacewalk
0.3 server. All issues are centred around the portion of the baremetal
kickstart script quoted below:

Issue 1: RHN-ORG-TRUSTED-SSL-CERT does not get created. I've no idea
why as /tmp/ssl-key-1 exists.

Issue 2: /etc/sysconfig/rhn/up2date does not exist on a system with only
the @Base packages installed. Therefore the first perl -npe fails.

Issue 3: rhnreg_ks will not work (protocol errors) unless the m2crypto
package is installed. This package is not installed by the below script
excerpt nor by @Base.

All issues can be fixed by installing m2crypto and re-running the
necessary bits of the kickstart script from the command line.

cat /tmp/ssl-key-* > /usr/share/rhn/RHN-ORG-TRUSTED-SSL-CERT
perl -npe 's/RHNS-CA-CERT/RHN-ORG-TRUSTED-SSL-CERT/g' -i /etc/sysconfig/rhn/*

mkdir -p /tmp/rhn_rpms/optional
cd /tmp/rhn_rpms/optional
wget -P /tmp/rhn_rpms/optional

rpm -Uvh --replacepkgs --replacefiles /tmp/rhn_rpms/optional/pyOpenSSL*

perl -npe 's/xmlrpc.rhn.redhat.com/computersciencegames.net/' -i
/etc/sysconfig/rhn/up2date
mkdir -p /etc/sysconfig/rhn/allowed-actions/configfiles
touch /etc/sysconfig/rhn/allowed-actions/configfiles/all

8< --- snip --- 8<

rhnreg_ks --activationkey="1-d3452525245254254235425235"
rhn_check

I'm wondering if others are seeing the same issues that I am? I'm also
wondering if these issues are a consequence of me only installing @base
from the kickstart tree?

In summary. Whilst my systems successfully kickstart, they do not
successfully register without manual intervention. I'd like to remedy
this.
