They are both running on the same server.

On the web server? Or on the DB Server?

This was fixed by doing a -force install on jpackage-utils.

Subject: [Spacewalk-list] Cannot install spacewalk

I have gone all thru the documentation and gotten to the point of running:
yum install spacewalk

And the end I receive the following error:

--> Finished Dependency Resolution

asm-1.5.3-6.jpp6.fc10.noarch from jpackage has depsolving problems

  --> Missing Dependency: jpackage-utils >= 1.7.4 is needed by package

java-1.4.2-gcj-compat-1.4.2.0-40jpp.115.i386

Has anyone else been able to resolve this?

Thanks!

Rich
