I'm attempting to set up ACHIVELOG in oracle xe and running into a wall. #. /usr/lib/oracle/xe/app/oracle/product/10.2.0/server/bin/oracle_env.sh #sqlplus /nolog SQL> connect / as sysdba ERROR: ORA-12560: TNS:protocol adapter error
I can log in with the 'sqlplus 's...@xe as sysdba' just fine but after shutting down the database this method no longer works for modifying oracle. I'm sure there is a simple step I am missing, does anyone have an idea?
