Yeah, auto-correct capitalized it.

The only capabilities.py file I see is in the /usr/share/rhn/up2date_client 
path and nothing jumps out at me in the file itself to comment out.

Any suggestions?

I assume it's rhn-client-tools, not Rhnclienttools.

In that case, the hasCapability is defined in

        /usr/share/rhn/up2date_client/capabilities.py

Should I venture to guess, you have some other package installed as part of 
your OS which defines python module with the same name but different content in 
your python search path.
