wget http://yum.spacewalkproject.org/2.0/RHEL/6/x86_64/spacewalk-repo-2.0-3.el6.noarch.rpm ? Is it possible that you have a firewall or intrusion detection system that might be interfering with your connection to the spacewalk distro server on port 80?
