check the rhntaskomatic log for errors also see if a repodata task is hung from the spacewalk interface.
The most common causes of this is either you ran out of database connections or taskomatic doesnt have enough working memeory. I have found that in the latest version of spacewalk you need to give taskomatic 2Gb of ram however the default configuration is 512Mb.
