Thomas, Thank you for prompt response. I am sorry but this still does not work for me. In the meantime, I setup test clean spacewalk server and I am getting the same results; not being able to sync with el6 latest-client repo.
1. I am able to retrieve file: [root@spacewalk01 ~]# wget http://yum.spacewalkproject.org/latest-client/RHEL/6/x86_64/repodata/repomd.xml . --2015-04-16 14:49:04-- http://yum.spacewalkproject.org/latest-client/RHEL/6/x86_64/repodata/repomd.xml Length: 2165 (2.1K) [text/xml] Saving to: "repomd.xml" 100%[=============================================================================================================>] 2,165 --.-K/s in 0s 2015-04-16 14:49:04 (286 MB/s) - "repomd.xml" saved [2165/2165] 2. Timestamps: root@spacewalk01 ~]# ll /var/cache/rhn/reposync/el6_spacewalk-client total 8 -rw-r--r-- 1 root root 1333 Apr 16 14:48 mirrorlist.txt drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 4096 Apr 16 14:48 packages 3. It works for all other repos but " /latest-client/RHEL/6 " [root@spacewalk01 ~]# /usr/bin/spacewalk-repo-sync --channel el6_spacewalk-server --url http://yum.spacewalkproject.org/latest/RHEL/6/x86_64/ --type yum #### Channel label: el6_spacewalk-server #### Repo URL: http://yum.spacewalkproject.org/latest/RHEL/6/x86_64/ Packages in repo: 115 No new packages to sync. Total time: 0:00:00 The 2.3-client repo works as expected on both spacewalk servers I have setup: [root@spacewalk02 data]# /usr/bin/spacewalk-repo-sync --channel el6_spacewalk-client --url http://yum.spacewalkproject.org/2.3-client/RHEL/6/x86_64/ --type yum #### Channel label: el6_spacewalk-client #### Repo URL: http://yum.spacewalkproject.org/2.3-client/RHEL/6/x86_64/ Packages in repo: 23 Packages already synced: 0 Packages to sync: 23 1/23 : yum-rhn-plugin-2.3.3-1.el6-0.noarch As you can imagine this is not a very big deal repo cant sync since I can simply sync with 2.3-client. But I wanted to double check if others might have similar issue with latest-client repos. -- *Marcin Figura* *Junior System Administrator* *Direct: 312.450.6008* *Office: 312.932.0400* *Connect with us : [image: LinkedIn] <http://www.linkedin.com/company/9867?trk=tyah> [image: Twitter] <http://www.twitter.com/mintelnews> [image: Youtube] <http://www.youtube.com/user/minteltv> [image: Mintel Blog] <http://www.mintel.com/blog>* [image: Mintel - intelligence in time]
