You were correct. There were two packages that I had to manually delete: 1. firefox-45.1.1-1el7.centos.i686.rpm 2. firefox-45.1.1-1el7.centos.x86_64.rpm
Then I just recreated the repository and now I am all good. Thank you for your help!
