If you manually pushed (via rhnpush) some packages into a channel, they will just stay in there. No matter what and where you sync from.

 

Or your channel might sync its files from more than one repository. Also possible.

 

In case you really want to "clean" these channels, remove all packages in the channel and resync. Or - maybe better - in that small repo with 68 files....just remove the packages that are to much.

Nearly the same Problem here... my repo has 56 Files and my SpaceWalk-Channel, even after a /usr/bin/spacewalk-repo-sync  tells me 68, I also has no clue why and how to fix

Hi All,
 
When we sync repository, it will add the new package that available in the internet repo.
It caused the size of repo bigger and bigger, is it possible to clean up the old packages and keep last 2 or 3 newer version?
