Looks like 2.10 overwrote the SSL on the server.
Have installed my own wildcard SSL all working now.

Big problem, just upgraded from 2.9 to 2.10 not I get a SSL privacy notice 

in my browser every time I click on any button?

If any one can point me in the right direction.

Not 100% sure on that but it sounds like your certificate was renewed? Do 
you have the matching correct root certificate installed?
