Hi everyone,
I'm facing a problem with many of my remote systems: on many of these
systems I see osad daemon in dead status (inactive), when I try to restart
it I see "activating" but after 90 seconds I see again "dead (inactive)"
for timeout.

I even tried to invoke /usr/sbin/osad -vvv to monitor the daemon starting
phase and I just saw:
"trying to connect to spacewalk server" but it waits too long (it exceeds
the 90 seconds threshold)..

I thought It could be related to "server busy" but even after a service's
restart, I have the same abnormal behaviour.

Any suggestion about how to prevent this situation?

my software versions:
spacewalk server: 2.9

osad: osad-5.11.107

Thanks for your cooperation.

Best Regards.
