Well, technically we "froze" the SF CVS repo.  Which basically means we
asked everyone to not commit changes there.

The SVN repo is up and running, and should be used for development at
this point.  After the SpamAssassin project moves out of the incubator,
the repo will shift paths but the content will remain the same.

I've been committing some patches against head and 2.62 for the past
few days, so things work fine on that end. :)
