Sure, here's the list:

1) When looking at a bug and listing attachments, list the person who
sent up the patch and include a mark whether or not they have a signed
CLA on file.

2) For #1, added a "hascla" user flag and added code to do the SQL query.

3) When creating a bug, inform the user about the FAQ and various things.

4) Before logging in, display licensing information (ie: any patches/etc
sent in needs to be covered by a CLA, etc...) Right now, it still
displays the GPL/PAL info.

5) When looking at a bug, people who have the "editbugs" flag can change
the milestone while others can't. We use the milestone to determine which
version of code the bugfix will be going into, but people like to change
it for whatever version they want the fix to be in. After enough times,
I got fed up and recoded the template and added a code check.

6) There's a bug in some browsers/bugzilla (never did figure that out)
that causes the server push "Please wait" when doing a query to cause the
buglist to be downloaded as an attachment. So we disabled server push.
