The description of RCVD_IN_NJABL says, "RBL: Received via a relay in
dnsbl.njabl.org".
It seems to consider the sender as a relay, however. Since the NJABL lists all
known dynamic IP
addresses, this means that anyone who sends from a dial-up account will incur a
2.5 point penalty -- even
if they are sending through their ISP's mail server.
