Spamhaus.org has released a new Exploits Blocking List which contains a list of
illegal 3rd party exploits for relaying spam. sbl-xbl.spamhaus.org is a
database that contains both the sbl.spamhaus.org and xbl.spamhaus.org
databases. You can read more about it here:
