You don't want to check against only xbl.spamhaus.org, you still want to check
sbl.spamhaus.org as well. However, checking both sbl & xbl lists doubles the
bandwidth requirement for checking dnsbl. For this reason, Spamhaus setup a
combined list that contains the contents of both the sbl & xbl databases called
sbl-xbl.spamhaus.org.
