I asked whether it was to be *considered* a header.
I'll take the last response to mean no, it's not a header and should
not be included in {pristine_headers} (which is what I assumed when I
decided to modify parse rather than rewrite_headers).
I'll post another patch by tomorrow afternoon (CST).
