When bayes_auto_learn is 0, particularly in a per-user settings environment,
perhaps it might be more appropriate for autolearn to equal "disabled" instead
of "unavailable"? Unavailable my lead one to believe that autolearn is either
unable to update the bayes db for one reason or another or that bayes is
disabled completely.
