Just to remind folks, the problems that we see with SA+Bayes is I/O
requirements; CPU and RAM are relatively cheap.  Increased disk space
utilization isn't so much of a problem except for the fact that this would
generally indicate increased I/O requirements.

Reduction in I/O requirements or optimized I/O access profiles is where
we and other large sites will see the most bennefits.

I should have a chance in the a week or two to run large scale tests with
SQL and will report results.
