http://rhs.mailpolice.com/ and others (?) provide a name based lookup for known
spam-sites (sender and sale sites). It'd be great if these lists could eb
checked by SpamAssassin:
uri RULE eval:eval:check_rbl_name(...)
This should perform better than ever growing rulesets like bigevil.cf
