that's why RCVD_IN_SORBS has a tiny, tiny score. The *real* hits are split out
into separate rules, and it does the right thing for that "dynamic IP" list.
better, in 3.0.0, there is no RCVD_IN_SORBS, just the sub-rules.
also see trusted_networks for the "hop depth" thing.
