OK, this is fixed; I had it still using non-blocking. oops.
re: Kelsey's issue -- Kelsey, the "t" script doesn't actually exercise the
locker to the point of running multiple competing lock processes, so it
shouldn't be an issue -- flock() is still emulated on NFS enough for that test
to pass. (unless someone's not running rpc.lockd, but that's pretty psychotic.)
