           Summary: Sa-Learn
           Product: Spamassassin
           Version: 2.63
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P5
         Component: Learner
        AssignedTo: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
        ReportedBy: [EMAIL PROTECTED]

There seems to be a bug with sa-learn...

sa-learn -D --spam /hand-spam/*.*

When I call sa-learn, those email names are ignored that have multiple,
consecutive spaces in their names. E.g. "test.eml" gets processed and so
does "test .eml" - but "test .eml" or "test .eml" do not. Apparently, this
bug has already discovered by a number of spammers who name their spam mail
accordingly in order to keep their mails from being learned as spam.

Obviously, a "+" is regarded as a space by sa-learn, so "test+ .eml" isn't
learned either. Last but not least, I had the same problem with a mail named "re
[14].eml" - that was ignored as well, no exact clue why, though.

Thanks,
Stefan
