Authorized mail submitted through an authenticated mail server is tagged with
RCVD_IN_DYNABLOCK as if it were direct-to-MX spam.

It's not clear to me that there's a solid way to differentiate.  You could
apply it only to messages with only one Received header, but that means at
some sites the test won't ever match.

RCVD_IN_DYNABLOCK is scored at about 2.5, which is pretty high for a test that's
so likely to catch legitimate mail.

I can post a sample if anyone wants.
