No, it flocks the .lock file, and that has to remain around for the lock
to work correctly that way.  It's a bit odd, but works.

I didn't want to flock the db file itself, here's why: 

1. I'd prefer not to make too many assumptions again about what it'd be
called (.db? .cdb? .pag? no extension?),

2. what if the DB module in use creates a *new* file for some reason?  the
lock would be lost.  bad.
