Some more detailed debugging revealed that the root-cause for my issues is NOT the (Bayes)SQL module itself! When looking at ALL the (bayes) tokens genereated it seems that most of them look quite nonsensical (they look more like binary shit) :-( - but nevertheless i would still think that the SQL-bayesmodule should escape/quote ALL special characters(I think DBI provides some kind of quote() function for this) on insert/update. Unfortunatly I don't have much more time in the next days to investigate this strange issue in more detail, but if you have some smart idea what my problem could I might find some time ...
