Is there anything you think is broken about the rule other than the way it doesn't work with mailing lists? The other false positives rfeported in this bug seemed to be configuration issues that cleared up when the correct domains were listed for the default whitelist entry. We should fix those entries in any case, since the error prevents a default whitelist match even in the absence of a forged def whitelist spam rule. Also, the mailing list issue affects anything that is counting on finding the trusted receive header.
