new test patch - review me
fixes all of the broken tests (except razor2 which is failing for unrelated
reasons), most of the tests were broken due to scores changing and
ancient spam no longer being caught rather than any actual bug (the main
exception is the Spanish rules ending up with 1.000 scores which is a
minor pre-existing bug somewhere, but not here)
