I think the Lenya folks wanted to do a pre-release, too. Or better: A
technology preview release.

I don't think the Apache folks will be too tight minded about this,
especially because our history is a bit different to Lenya's. But somebody
of the PMC might want to drop a mail on [EMAIL PROTECTED] to clear this
stuff up...
