The attached set of rules are used in 2.6 series to help validate what SA is
seeing, compared to what the accual message looks like. This helps us
understand how the parsing and removing of HTML tags alters the message content
being seen by the rules.
In 3.0 something has changed which caused these rules to no longer function.
What would it take to get this ability back, even if it's on demand,
like "disable_safe_rule_checks" or something.
