--sync is the new name for --rebuild, which says to sync the journal to the db.
--nosync says not to sync the journal to the db after learning.
So: "sa-learn --sync --nosync" becomes a valid commandline, which seems
counter-intuitive. Note: the --sync overrides the --nosync, since there's no
learning going on.
