Subject: Re: SenderBase can cause _RBL_ to break headers

They aren't really in the body, the "blank" line has a tab at the
beginning, so it's just an empty continuation line. The bug seems to be
in the header addition code because the TXT record itself is just one line:

98.69.224.170.sa.senderbase.org text "0-0=1|1=Sequent Computer Systems,
Incorporated|2=5.8|3=5.8|4=528171|6=1057244179|7=22|8=342272|9=41|40=4.2|41=4.0|45=N|46=14|48=24|49=1.00|50=Essex
 Junction|51=VT|52=05452|53=US|54=-73.0253|55=44.4856"

Continuation lines with no non-whitespace are disallowed in RFC 2822
(differing from RFC 822), so we should fix this (doubly so because it's
an unnecessary blank line even if it wasn't disallowed).

The problem appears to be _process_header in PerMsgStatus where the
wrapping is done.
