perl Makfile.pl
currently has CONTACT_ADDRESS and RUN_NET_TESTS
I would like to add a SKIP_SQL for those of us who dont care about
linking SQL databases *and* want to *automate* the compilation process.
If SKIP_SQL=yes
then questions are not asked about SQL databases and the compilation
will proceed automatically
