changing to review status.
it seems like we ought to rework the internal caching values.
learn_to_journal, for instance, if it really
needs to be separate from the configuration setting (sa-learn --nosync??),
should be kept in the Bayes
object since it has less to do with M::SA than M::SA::Bayes ...
