updated patch that fixes the bug and updates the tests
This replaces the previous patch file. It contains the one line fix to
spamd.raw, adds the test patterns that check for this bug, and allows the test
case to be changed in the future without having to change the hashes hardcoded
into two of the test scripts, which did have to be changed for this.
