trusted_networks vs internal_networks

I would like to clean up a confusing point in the documentation about 
trusted_networks and internal networks.

I know people who end up with FPs on DUL rules because they have their 
outgoing relays and MX relays all listed as trusted.

I want to clarify this in the description for trusted_networks in 
Conf.pm and put something in the Wiki FAQ.

Before I do that, can someone clarify whether anything specified in 
internal_networks will automatically be treated as being part of 
trusted_networks? In other words, is the correct configuration to put 
the sending mail relays in trusted_networks and the MX relays in 
internal_networks? Or should all of them go in trusted_networks and the 
MX relays in internal_networks?
