Nope. The Conf code guarantees all scoresets will be set. Either in
the "score" section ("score FOO # # # #" sets all 4, or "score FOO #"
copies "#" to all 4 scoresets), or in the "set_default_score" section
(which finds any rule without a score configured, and sets all scoresets
to 0.01 or 1 appropriately).
