My comments: * The new arrow shape already gave it much of the "activeness" I asked for. * I like the pastel colors of 4.0 -- the red of 4.1 is too bright. * Justin might be right that thick are cooler, at least do I prefer the very slightly thicker ones in 4.1 over 4.0 and 4.2. * I prefer the overlapped background (and the font below) of the revised ones much more than the overall background of the original. * I'm not sure if the last or the middle message should be pierced -- the last gives it me more the impression that the shooter targeted this very message while the concept with the middle message makes it look more like the one is picked out of the bunch.
