Is it so bad if the output of other spam filters isn't ignored?  To me a Bayes 
database which learns the opinion of another filter which was run before is 
more a feature than a bug.  If the output of that filter is complete nonsense, 
Bayes will ignore the contents of that header after some time on its own.  And 
if somebody really wants to ignore it, he can add it to hus user_prefs.  So I 
don't see the point of ignoring other filters per default -- but maybe my 
knowledge of how Bayes works is just too thin ;-)
