I just added a patch and some comments to bugzilla bug #83 (http://bugzilla.spamassassin.org/show_bug.cgi?id=83).
This is the bug for spamassassin not decoding base64 encoded headers before parsing the message. I also fixed some other bugs relating to header decoding.
