I use *only* subject rewriting and report_header.  I handle mail for a
small number of small companies with the usual Very Important People mixed
in.  I just add into the subject and let them filter as they see fit.  I
think it's a little rightous to put my spam-to-/dev/null views on my
customers.  Besides some of the Very Important People seem to enjoy
certain kinds of spam, and wouldn't like it dropped (wish I was kidding).

It avoids any and all of the "I'm not getting email from
(customer|family|friend)..." phone calls.
