Be wary of blocking networks because they're listed as "unassigned".
I found a firewall at a client site once which was blocking 65/8, which
had been assigned for over a year. No wonder I could never send them
email from work (located in the 65 net...)
It's a good idea in theory, but in practice no one ever keeps up with
the new network assignments.
