After posting my previous message I almost immediately received three 419
variants. I then spent a little time looking at them and some websites
devoted to them and came up with a couple other rules to help identify the
Nigerian scam:

Mani|Laurent Kabila|Paul George/i
describe NIGERIAN_SCAM_6 People mentioned frequently in Nigerian Scams
body NIGERIAN_SCAM_7 /Federal Ministry of Works & Housing|Nigerian National
Petroleum Corporation|Central Bank of Nigeria|Federal Government of Nigeria/i
describe NIGERIAN_SCAM_7 Organizations mentioned frequently in Nigerian Scams
Crude, but they are a start.
