problem is, this is quite a common trick used by the legit mailshot
companies, so they can track message-reads etc.  It shouldn't be, but it
is.

As a result, the GA has found so many web bugs in non-spam, that it's
figured out that scoring it as a "friendly" rule gets better results
overall.
