I think when I see identified spam (22.1/5.0) I can safely discard it,
but thats just me.  I am tired of 1 meg + per day of incoming spam and I
am helpless to stop it :(  I have banned domains and the banned domain
list is HUGE I have even banned whole countries to stop it and all it
does is slow it down.
