That's ashame, the network checks significantly improve the
reliability. I've seen problem with Net::DNS on Unix, but I didn't try
much under Windows. I'm using Active Perl. Maybe I should try another
perl.

When I first used SAproxy I saw a freeze up but I haven't seen one since. I've been using it for about a month. I'm using the perl that comes with Cygwin.
