[SAtalk] OT: Sendmail mailing list, RBL listing

Hi, people, remember my last post about a DOS attack? well, I had to block 
the entire mail traffic from alternativagratis.com at iptables level, since 
it left me without any child processes of Sendmail to run. Since then the 
mail subsystem it's working pretty well again. The problem is that I've 
contacted the system admins from alternativagratis.com, and they practically 
laughed at my face, they just told me that a DOS attack was my fault, and 
that is normal to them to keep an open relay server (even though they have 
Mailscanner installed, as can be seen from the mail headers). The point is 
that I've never ever before listed anyone at RBLs, so if anyone could just 
tell me how to list them at, for example, OpenRBL.org, it would be a great 
contribution to the anti spam fight here in Argentina. Also, since I've 
blocked the mail traffic from mail.alternativagratis.com (64.116.231.110), 
the attacker has switched his relay server to arnet.com.ar, but STILL from 
its connection at alternativagratis.com (it's a free ISP, I forgot to 
mention that, hes was connected as ppp-68-198-28.alternativagratis.com 
[200.68.198.28], then as ppp-68-202-222.alternativagratis.com 
[200.68.202.222], and the list goes on and on), so this shows that 
lobosuelto.arnet.com.ar (200.45.48.23) is also an open relay.
So here is the question again: how do I list them in the most used RBLs (I 
specially use list.dsbl.org, sbl.spamhaus.org, and 
blackholes.mail-abuse.org).
Also, I could't find the Sendmail mailing list (I need a way to keep, say, 
five connections with every mail server at most, so I'm looking for a way to 
limit the number of connections per IP to my mail server), so if anyone 
knows where to subscribe, please mail me the address...
